"What an absolutely remarkable place! It genuinely feels as though a beautiful piece of historic Italy has been transported into this Chicago neighborhood. The architecture, thoughtfully selected ornate decor, warmth, and attention to detail create an atmosphere that is both elegant and incredibly welcoming. This is not simply a place to stay. "The hotel has a sweet charm about it and has nice clean rooms, convenient parking for a fee, and even a good breakfast offering. However, try never to stay in room 106 because all you’ll hear is the elevator control equipment running constantly…quite annoying and interruptive of a good night’s rest."

"Clean room, Friendly staff."

"They are going through renovations and I am sure it will be great when it is done. The mini fridge was a bonus I didnt expect. The lobby was nice for meeting up with family. The blackout blinds were top notch. Room is pretty small but good enough for a quick one night 11 hour stay."

"This is a glorified hostel."

"I was not charged any extra fees. I enjoyed the stay as it was a quick one night stay."

"I like that it had a balcony food choice wasn’t my type of style end up ordering food off of site but definitely had all the amenities for you to be ready for the next day. Will be staying again little bit pricey for a short weekend stay but I will definitely be coming back. Very great part of the town hope to own my own own home in this place one day."

"Great place to stay! Breakfast was pretty good, with a great selection. Wonderful location, clean and quiet."
