"Right across the street from Wrigley this place is the place to stay if watching cubs game and visiting Wrigley. Gallagher way. Brand new. Fabulous staff that accommodated my early arrival bag storage & changing in rest room pre game. Only issue is parking. Not clear signage but it’s off Clark street look for big on building. Once you leave u pre pay but pull all the way up to exit doors or they won’t open spent 15 minutes figuring out how to trigger the exit Fabulous pregame or other...

"Pros of staying at this hotel: -staff was very friendly and helpful. -offsite parking was reasonably priced and close. -elevator was working. -close to Lincoln Park and Wrigley Fields. -room was bigger than most city hotel rooms. Cons of staying at this hotel: -dated property -musty smelling -rooms were dimly lit -room did not feel that clean because of the age of the carpet, tile in the bathroom, and furniture. I would not stay here again because the cons outweighed the pros for me."

"Nice room. Our toliet was a problem but overall, great room and stay."

"Staff was so professional and polite, however the elevator was broken and we were on the fourth floor…. They did take us up to our room with our bags in the service elevator however it was stairs anytime we wanted to leave the property during our stay. Not tragic situation, but also not ideal. Also, the gym was closed for renovation so I guess using the stairs made up for that, lol. Definitely wasn’t a terrible stay but I probably wouldn’t choose it again."

"This was my second stay at the Sono. I love everything about it. It is a great location with restaurants within walking distance. Free to park close to hotel. Comfortable beds. Very clean!! Management is both helpful and friendly! Breakfast had healthy options. I plan to stay again next time I’m in town."

"Tv only had cable. No Netflix. Lids for coffee cups in room would be helpful. If I use the paper cup, I’m probably taking it somewhere. Room temp control was not user friendly and it was super warm even set at 69."
