"The airport shuttles are not continuous. I had to take a cab to the hotel. Once at the hotel, I had to wait to check in, as the front desk is not manned continually. I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. I asked to have my room serviced, and the front desk started to push back and required me to insist that they service the room. The hotel appears to be structured for a single night's stay."

"L’Accès direct à l’aéroport est un plus sans contestation. Repas du soir pris sur place et de qualité correcte. Le personnel tant au restaurant qu’à la réception a été professionnel et sympathique. Petit bémol sur la porte de la salle de bain qui mérite un coup de peinture en partie basse. Ça ne joue en rien sur lhebergement mais on se dit que ce n’est pas du niveau que l’hôtel compte conserver. "I usually only stay here at the end of a business trip. It is super convenient to catch early flights from the BRU airport and they have a good shuttle service to the airport. My only complaint, and I don’t know when it started, but the last two times I’ve stayed, the restaurant was only serving an overpriced (€30+), sub-par, cafeteria style buffet for dinner. No other menu items."

Arrivo in camera, premetto che pioveva e facevafreddo, trovo la camera ghiacciata, riscaldamento inesistente, chiedo al personale, mi dicono che provvederanno, ma nulla succede, alla seconda lamentela mi mandano una stufetta elettrica. "I was in a suite room with great size but had a lot of unnecessary mirrors. I mistakenly upgraded to city view paying extra and that new room toilet was stinking all the time, like some drainage smell. I was not in room mostly so didn’t complain but for that cost didn’t expect it"
