Not having comfort-height toilet seats lets me know your accommodations are very old. Having just one ice machine in the entire facility is ridiculous. There should be one on every floor. Another indication of how old the accommodations are.

Staff was extremely inattentive on the night we checked in. She was checked out! The breakfast the next morning was awesome.

What sold me was the kindness of the staff. When I needed anything-whether about something pertaining to the hotel or activities-they never acted like it was a bother. Just a joy to have people that love what they do. It shows!

Good breakfast buffet with hot items offered. Delicious coffee! Hot tub is very relaxing. Beds are comfortable and soft pillows.

The bathtub had a rust spot and the ceiling above the tub was cracked and moldy, otherwise, we had a great stay.

Many times at places that offer free breakfast, it isn't worth eating. Not here! Breakfast was very tasty and there were plenty of options. The person that took care of this area was very meticulous about keeping the area clean and well stocked. The rooms were clean and quiet! My only negative was that the hot tub was so hot, it was hard to stay in it more than 10 minutes without sitting on the side, but it still felt good and the pool area was very clean as well.
