"Very nice room, amenities are sparse. Had to ask for coffee and tea because they were not automatically replenished. Tried to use the indoor pool, but unfortunately it was monopolized by children and rude teenagers. Location downtown was very good and easy to use transit system both bus and train. "

"This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. The property condition is dated and not aligned with the photos. The towels had visible stains on them. The coffee maker has and old and used pod in it. The bathtub was clogged then my room wasn’t cleaned on a two night stay. I’d highly recommend any travels to avoid this property at all cost. Then to charge a destination fee of $25 per day but run out of food choices a breakfast is incredibly. Id describe this as a historic...

"The room was clean and staff was nice. We got in late and they allowed us to check in later because of this. Our bathroom was clean however the shelf to hold our soaps were falling apart so we had our soaps on the floor. The extra showerhead also did not work. We got a balcony room and was disappointed that there was not a place to sit outside to enjoy the nice weather and the sounds of the city. "The location of this hotel can't be beat. You are a quick walk to all CTA lines, Metra, and bus stops. You can walk to the Riverwalk, magnificent mile, and Millennium Park.
