Our room had noticeable scuffs and a few things around cleanliness that were overlooked. I highly recommend trying the smoothies from the restaurant. All around a great stay"

"Hello. My family stayed with you at the InterContinental Chicago Magnificent Mile from 3/19-3/21. It was my first time booking at your hotel and based on what I saw online it promised a truly relaxing and luxurious stay. "The website says the hotel offers Valet, it does not, apparently hasn’t since Covid… we just waited for someone to help with bags and to take the car, we had to go inside to find someone. The hallways walking to the room smelled, the room was updates in the main room, bathroom needs some updates and the mini fridge stunk like mold. The lobby is beautiful and the bar was nice too. "
