"We stayed her to attend Refs/Braves game. They had valet parking which was nice, being downtown. The Staff was the most friendly staff ever, rooms were very clean and nice, gym had the necessities, breakfast was great that was included and so many places to eat and shop on same street! Definitely recommend!"

"If you are staying in Cincinnati, this is the hotel to book a reservation. It is immaculate, smartly decorated, and the staff are wonderful! We received a complementary welcome drink at the rooftop bar and a delicious free breakfast off the menu. Our dinner at the restaurant was superb. We had the pork chop, and the salmon dish and both were perfectly prepared. We highly recommend The Celare."

"Very small, overpriced accommodations. Its like a kingsized bed was placed in a closet to justify the room rate. Little to no options for convenient parking. Beware, the valet parking is costly because of it. Hotel location is downtown, very noisy late at night. If I can help it, I won't stay there again."

"We had a room with a trundle sofa. The mattress was disgusting, all stained and nasty. Took a pillow case off one of the pillows and the pillow had a big burn hole in it. The pillow case was also very dirty."

"Vanity in bathroom too wide so you cannot sit on toilet straight, no room for right leg. Sounds crazy but someone bought vanities too deep for the area and noone bothered fixing the problem…..sink didn’t drain and was gross….no refrigerator and everytime you go to front desk all they have is warm water…lobby on floor 1 is hot and filthy…oh yeah no vending machines and ice machine was broken the whole stay….other than that it was perfect!!"

"When i first reserved a room, I got one with double beds. We realized that we would be earlier than expected, and asked if we could check in earlier because we were traveling with a dog and wanted to get him settled before heading out. When we got there, the receptionist suggested a different room with a double bed and a pull out. We took it and it was perfect! Thank you Holiday Inn! Excellent!!"

"We picked this hotel thinking it looked like it was in a quiet area with a poolThe air conditioner in the room was terrible. It smelled horrible!! It was the strongest musty smell ever! I thought after it ran awhile it would get better. But as soon. As just the fan kicks son it was just as bad, if not worse. I told the desk and they offered to give me a spray, “Odoban” to try. By the way she offered it, I could tell she must get that a lot. So I asked if all the rooms were like that. She said...
