The staff is amazing: all there extremely helpful and friendly. We especially enjoyed our interactions with Julietta, who was not only very helpful, but also always smiling and cheerful. "The staff were friendly. The location is central, close to the Waverley train station and walking distance to so many things. The kitchen was well equipped. The laundry was convenient, although the machines are a little touchy and take forever to do a load. The apartment was nice and clean. The bed was a little hard however that is a personal preference. Our room had a nice interior view of the gardens and was quiet. Overall a great home base while in Edinburgh."
