"Do not stay here - the extra door lock is a chain that could easily be broken into. The site reeks of cigarette smoke and the rooms are in desperate need of upgrades - wall air/heating units don’t have a cord to plug in, toilets don’t flush, etc."

"This is not a hotel - it is a motel/inn. Our room set up is odd. The door opens right to the beds and the bathroom is at the end of the room. This setup allows us to hear everything outside the door (we are on the ground floor so lots of foot traffic). The toilet needs to be flushed twice in order to flush completely. The bathroom is extremely small and worn. Really expensive for the quality of the inn but it was during convocation ceremony season. Great proximity to university campus. Will not...

"I really enjoyed the property, it was very nice and clean. The little kitchenette was useful and the room was perfect for my stay. The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the property. The snacks and accommodations were also great. I will be staying with them again! The only annoying thing was paying for parking, otherwise 4/5!! Thank you!"

"The hotel is a comfortable, spacious, welcoming place to stay. As a renovated convent, it has dark wood and a stark flavor to the decor, but the spaciousness and quiet elegance of the hotel makes it all very appealing. We got a free upgrade to an executive suite, which we appreciated. The room was very spacious. The shampoo, shower gel, etc. were lovely. The staff was very friendly and helpful. "Great service by staff and clean and comfortable beds. No coffee available as amenity. Limited choice of breakfast at motel or in immediate neighborhood. Light rail is nearby (West Bank) and also u university of Minnesota. Great location. Elevators are prompt after pushing button for a 14 story building and not wait long at all."
