"Cons: 1) It's marketed as a hotel but it's a hotel with an AI Gucci belt in person. MUCH smaller than expected. 2) Cleanliness was not up to par at all. There were various burns, stains, and dirt along all of the walls and couch. There was a huge stain in the left corner of the couch and it was too icky for me to want to sit on it. "Everything was in perfect working condition and new. The bed and pillows were horrible. I suffered two nights with little sleep. The pillows especially were just like not using anything at all, they flattened immediately and provided no support."

"Parking is a bit cramped, but there's also on street parking. We stayed in the downstairs room with two queen beds. Lovely set up on ground floor, but the shower, meant for handicap accessibility, did not fully drain, leaving the floor with inch-deep water. Very slippery even when most of the water was gone."

"The overall experience was great. Tiburon is lovely and this is a great location. The hotel rooms are clean and updated. The outdoor areas are very nice as well.
