"A nice surprise in the downtown Birmingham area. Gym was larger and more well equipped than most and the staff was very friendly. Nice outdoor space as well for being in downtown."

"Every staff member with whom we interacted were pleasant. The food was delish. The room was the major issue - light bulbs were out. Shower curtain was dirty. There was no fridge. No chair. Headboard had dust buildup. Carpet was musty smelling. Room location was loud and bright. For the room reasons, I would not stay at this hotel again."

"Be prepared to pay $15 to park. There is a restaurant on the LL of the hotel, prices did not look that bad, however we opted to walk to a nearby restaurant because there are plenty to choose from."

"Amazing stay"

"While the staff is nice, the owners don't care about the property or don't have the money to upkeep it. I'm not going to go into detail but almost not part of the hotel felt like it was worth the money. Until they have renovated, I would seriously consider staying elsewhere. Right across the street at the Hilton for the same price, I had a much better experience."
