"The accommodation is good with optimal air conditioning, and always clean. Limited to pizza for evening meals and that was disappointing given it’s not close to restaurants and you would have to go into the city centre. Otherwise all the staff are lovely and very helpful."

"The hotel is located 21 minutes away from the airport via train and less than 17 minutes from Amsterdam Central via tram. Their staff members were very welcoming and insightful when answering my questions. The room was spacious, well-designed, and clean. Can’t ask for more, really. A very queer friendly hotel filled with a laundry room and a gym that will make your stay even better for those who are seeking for a long-term stay. Highly recommended for everyone."

"Great location, tram stop few steps away and metro train station 5-8 mins walk. Staff were very helpful, polite and accommodating since we have to leave our luggages for few hours. Good selection for breakfast. The only thing we can fault was the pillows… quite uncomfortable"

Under 5 minute walk to the train station that brought you to Amsterdam Centraal as well as Shiphol Airport and if you get a regional 3 day pass even out to the surrounding suburbs like Haarlem and the seaside resort of Zandvoort. It’s a quiet area and does not have much to offer for restaurants but it’s so close to Amsterdam city. "

"The kitchen is small but has most things. Bear in mind the cups are not mugs but espresso cups, so if you want a mug of tea bring your own mugs! Also no toaster but the microwave is an oven too so you can use that. We didn't use the restaurant but the menu looked good and they do room service. "

"Hotel is located next to the train station which makes it very convenient. There are a couple restaurants located in the immediate area. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nicely set up and varied. The room was clean and provided what was needed. Only 2 downsides: the carpet needed to be cleaned and the beds were too soft for our needs. The latter resulted in a poor night’s sleep. If you are fine with a softer bed, then you’ll be fine."

"Air conditioning not working, room was full of cobwebs and stank of mold! Mattress was thin and extremely uncomfortable! Noisy wasn't the word for this hotel didn't sleep all weekend, staff rude and very unhelpful no electricity on arrival had to use touch on my phone to see where we were going! Would have asked for a full refund if anyone was working on reception! Breakfast is a complete waste of time save your money "
