"We enjoyed our stay at XO Couture. The location was convenient to the city center, which was easily accessible by tram (right outside the hotel), taxi or Uber. It was also conveniently located to the airport. They have check-in/out kiosks which made it quick and easy. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. We had an issue with beeping coming from a technology room across from our room that lasted our entire weekend stay. The staff was unable to stop the beeping and told us it couldn’t be fixed until the weekday. The hotel was full and our room couldn’t be changed so we listened to beeping all night long for two nights. Other than this inconvenience, I would stay here again."

"Late arrival from me and my friend yet staff were still there happily waiting and made us lattes as we were checking in. wish we had more time to use the hotel more as it looks great. Housekeeping were very good and friendly. Not far from where we usually stay with AirBnB, the property has sadly changed now but this hotel was only a 2 min walk up the road so perfect for us! Would stay again, thank you everyone :)"

"It was a lovely stay however they were renovating one of the function rooms downstairs so we were often woken up before 8am due to the drilling. Other than that it was a fab location, gorgeous hotel and really comfortable!"

"Hotel extremely busy with coaches of guests Swimming pool sauna out of order which wasn’t aware of in booking! Breakfast again very overcrowded and busy food nothing to go crazy about"

"The hotel was well situated mid way between airport and city centre. Had good access. Rooms were comfortable and staff were friendly and very helpful. Nice bar and coffee facilities etc. A few supermarkets and cafe/ restaurants nearby."

"We stayed in the "tram" 2 nights. It was clean, quiet and comfortable enough for 2 people with small bags only. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The location was about a 10 minute tram ride from the central station. There was a grocery store and a few reasonably priced eating places within a few minutes walk of the hostel. "
