"Just unreal. The staff went above and beyond to make our trip special. They were so kind, accommodating and knowledgable. The hotel is pristine. Not only are the interiors beautiful but the beds are ridiculously comfortable. Location wise you are in the heart of things so nothing is too far to cycle or walk. Plus the tram is right there should you want to whizz about on that. 10/10. We couldn’t thank the Rosewood enough for a birthday stay we won’t forget. "

"Wonderful location, beautifully designed hotel, great customer service, very clean! One thing as a suggestion to the management - beds and pillows need to be updated. Mattress sinks and pillows don’t feel that comfortable. Other than that - GREAT HOTEL! "

"Nicely designed public spaces and room. I stayed while on a bicycle tour. I appreciated that they have reasonably secure area for parking bicycles and a lobby where it is possible to get some work done on a laptop. Also appreciated the environmental measures. "
