"The view is phenomenal, we enjoyed every minute. No cooking in the room however there is a fridge and microwave along with plates, glasses, cups, etc. Tranquility is offered here especially this time of year late April. THE STAFF DEFINITELY CARES ABOUT HOSPITALITY! "

"This is a very basic stay. Room was relatively clean; however, there was no hot or warm water - staff never told us upon check-in even though we found out a pipe burst a few days prior and it hadn't been repaired. Curtains didn't open or close, air system was difficult to adjust, and the walls are extremely thin so you can hear everything outside your door. Prior to booking or staying, I recommend asking when the room was previously stayed in and whether there are any issues."

"Room was clean and bathroom has been updated. Toilets sounded like the ones on an airplane with a vacuum sound. Very loud from room next door. Breakfast was ok. Pancake batter was refilled upon request. Good coffee! "

"The property was fine, but the front desk staff never told us that parking was an additional $20/day + tax. He simply handed us the parking pass. (This was AFTER our room was not ready at the promised check in time of 4pm. We had to wait almost 2 hours to get into our room.) "Staff was great, very friendly. Everything was very clean - rooms, bathrooms, dining area, etc. and all of the basic essentials were supplied (soap, shampoo, conditioner, blow dryer). They gave us each a bottle of water at check in which was nice and the pool area looked nice, we just never had time to enjoy it because we were busy. Breakfast was great - a good selection of items and everything was yummy. The elevators and hallways are stuffy and have an odd smell, probably because the room air...
