"This is a an abomination. The hairdryer room didn’t work, and the desk could not seem to find one for us. There was junk dirt and filth in every single corner of the room. The bathroom has peeling paint. The shower curtain rod was falling off. Check-in was a relative who was about 14 years old and did not know what to do and it took us 40 minutes to get into our room. Do not stay here unless you want to catch a disease."

"Booked a non smoking room but it was definitely smoked in. Ash trays on both sides of the bed. Wobbly desks and chairs. Shower curtain had red marks (not sure if it was blood residue or not), it was torn in multiple places. My clothes smelt like smoke for days even though I checked out same day. Pillows were not bed pillows but looked like couch decor pillows. Im still trying to get my refund but it is a NIGHTMARE!"

"Decent place to stay if you are traveling on a budget. Beware though that the area is still gentrifying. The hotel is in a remote area of the city. You will end up paying for a shared ride to get to the attractions. If you want to take public transportation downtown be aware of your surroundings. There is a Target and Mom’s Organic a block away."

"We stayed in a handicapped room. It was very spacious for people who has wheelchair. We just wish they have a chair for handicapped in the bathroom. The staff was nice and their breakfast was good. My husband and I have been booking in different hotels for 2 months now. We are from DE, and he had PT &OT in DC once a week 2 days in a row. We liked this hotel since its very accessible, closer to DC and it fits our needs. This is our second time and in about 2 weeks , we will be coming back...

"Couldn’t use the gym. Walked in to notice a moldy bucket of water catching whatever was leaking from the ceiling. Entire property smelt like urine. Our bathroom door wouldn’t properly close and needed to be slammed closed in order for the lock to catch. The TV remote was busted and we couldn’t switch channels properly. "Stayed here for work. Chose this “hotel”because the pictures looked decent, wrong! More like a motel, sketchy, and unsafe. Saw a man walk out his room naked!"

"The building and hallways are dated and have that old smell. The apartment itself was clean upon entry. It was decorated nice. However, when we went to cook many of the dishes were dirty. We also started moving the decorative plates off the dining table to eat dinner and had roaches run from under the plates. I got a picture of a baby one that I will include. "DO NOT STAY HERE. Pictures are photoshopped/ the reality is horrible. Carpet not been vacuumed and had loose debris as well as stains/fraying. No vacuum to use except hand vac. Hair stuck to the floor/cabinets in both bathrooms, and mold in the caulk in the floor and bathtub as well as rust in the medicine cabinet. Bathroom countertops and marble floor had permanent stains.
