"The staff were very friendly on arrival however there were some miscommunication and we were left for half an hour waiting to be checked in whilst we were missing the wedding which we questioned, the room was okay, quite small and basic but no issues, unfortunately there were skid marks in the toilet from someone else which then made us question the cleanliness, the light had a sensor in the bathroom and it kept going on and off during the night making a clicking noise which was quite annoying. "

"We absolutely loved staying at Number Four at Stow. It was our first time in the Cotswolds. The hotel is really confidently located just outside of the town of Stow and it overlooks the beautiful English countryside. The room was spotless and inviting. There is both heating and air conditioning. The bed was very comfortable. We had breakfast included each morning and the staff were amazing. The food was excellent. We also enjoyed the Sunday roast! "The hotel room was cleaned daily and was done to a high standard. Staff from booking in to checking out were friendly and polite. Good breakfast enough to start the day off. Couldn’t fault it . Evening meals are of a high standard and I would recommend anyone to eat there. Parking was a little on the tight side particularly during the day time. "

When I finally got in, the room was okay but lacked basic in‑room amenities—there were no cups or kettle, as these are kept in a separate kitchen, which was sparsely stocked.
