"Really lovely hotel in a great location. The room was compact, but absolutely fine. Beautifully quiet and air conditioning maintained a lovely temperature.
Fantastic shower and bathroom.
Reception team were really helpful.
Breakfast was great - nice coffee, selection of cold food from the buffet and a lovely omelette which was perfectly cooked.
I would highly recommend this hotel."

"The location was great, but everything else was not ideal. I checked in late at 8pm locals time and there was nobody to check me in. Since I booked on Expedia, my name didn’t show up in the self check in kiosk. My room was never cleaned even though I asked twice for towels. My outlets randomly didn’t work one day. If you’re looking for a cheap place to stay, it’s fine. But overall I wouldn’t recommend."

"The room was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet despite being in a vibrant part of town. Great AC (stayed during July). Front desk was very helpful with all of our questions, friendly, and professional. Would stay at this property again as highly recommend."

"This is a wonderful and hip hotel in a great part of Soho. The room was beautiful, the staff was very attentive. The location was amazing.
The only thing I can say that's somewhat negative is that we missed having coffee and tea in the room. Most hotels will have these amenities but they were not available in the room."

"Loved the convenience of this flat. Be prepared, its noisy all day and night with a bar located below you open till 3 am. As well there is no a/c so opening the windows to get air makes it even louder and smellier from the restaurant kitchen vents that surround the area. But like I said, the area is amazing and is fairly close walking distance to whatever you want to see and do, so bonus. Hint if you book here, close the livingroom door to block the bar noise and plug in the available table top...

"Great central London location, and surprisingly quiet, given the design of the space with an interior courtyard.
The rooms, while comfortable and reasonably well appointed are tiny. Mine had a double bed, but it would be a challenge for two people to stay in that room even for one night.
Both times I've been to the hotel they have had some maintenance issues - air con not working in some rooms and lift out of action. This is poor.
The front desk staff, while polite and welcoming, also...
