"We were not given the room we reserved and instead forced to stay in their smallest lower level room with no AC during the hottest week in June. Having booked the room several months in advance, I was deeply disappointed. The staff switched our room to one with AC for our second night. The complimentary breakfast was a nice gesture and staff is friendly but will never risk staying there again or recommend unless they refurbish all the rooms to have an AC."

"The concept is phenomenal; the location can't be beat. Exit Dean Street off the Elizabeth Line (Tottenham Ct) and the hotel is a block away. The pod beds were comfortable and everything was spotless, safe and well appointed. BUT, a few comments to help future travelers. It's VERY difficult using the QR code to enter the pods. "This is a wonderful and hip hotel in a great part of Soho. The room was beautiful, the staff was very attentive. The location was amazing.
The only thing I can say that's somewhat negative is that we missed having coffee and tea in the room. Most hotels will have these amenities but they were not available in the room."

"This hotel is in an excellent location but otherwise was a real disappointment for the price. Dated grungy decor combined with poor maintenance makes it feel dark, depressing and a bit smelly. Lighting on stairway and hallways was poor and often felt like we were walking around in the dark. Bed was nice, room itself was OK but furnishings were dated and cluttered, for example - a whole bunch of cushions on the bed that we had to pile up in a corner of the room for the duration of our stay. "This room was the smallest space we’ve ever stayed in. There is no place for luggage and beds were terrible. The staff in food lounge area were not helpful. They couldn’t answer questions or help us understand “member” benefits. The desk staff were very helpful and willing to help for any reason."

"Loved the convenience of this flat. Be prepared, its noisy all day and night with a bar located below you open till 3 am. As well there is no a/c so opening the windows to get air makes it even louder and smellier from the restaurant kitchen vents that surround the area. But like I said, the area is amazing and is fairly close walking distance to whatever you want to see and do, so bonus. Hint if you book here, close the livingroom door to block the bar noise and plug in the available table top...
