"My boyfriend and I stayed for 3nights and 4 days and had a really great time! The room was really clean when we arrived. Bed was comfy to sleep on too. The breakfast provided was nice, they even got me lactose free croissants and oat milk and left it in our room as I mentioned I had an intolerance.
The location was nice and quiet. Easy to walk into the centre about 25-30min to Trevi. There was also a bus stop like 5min walk which we used a few times. Took about just under 20 min to get to the...

Would definitely stay again."

"It was a horrible experience since our first night.
Our room was one of their outdated ones - that wasn’t the issue. The AC made a horrible noise throughout the whole night, it caused headache. The shower was missing a door and it caused water spillage. The main light and fan didn’t work.
After two nights we were moved rooms per my request and the AC did not work at all - it was fixed on our fourth night. As it’s convenient to the train station - not worth the room"

"First the details advertised on the property site were no longer available I guess. No staff available until 10:30pm. Would not answer the phone as instructed on the piece of paper by the keypad. It’s really Not a hotel. No dining area no staff in site no breakfast as mentioned. The transportation was not available on site it was a friend of a friend who transported us. Room was ok but did not appreciate the mid information on the property and the poor availability of staff for questions and...
