"Room was immaculate, staff were amazing nothing was too much trouble, breakfast was lovely and a great selection, stayed for 1 evening meal, we had the steak pie with chips and peas which we would highly recommend, the only thing we didnt like was the 10% service charge, its not made obvious on the menu, its right at the bottom of the page and without my glasses i missed it, and again it was not made obvious at the till, i just dislike that the charge was not made more obvious."

"The hotel is in a great location for getting into Blackpool. The tram stop is just across the road from the hotel. The room was clean and tidy.
