The only area for improvement would be the frequent sales pitches for additional services, tours, memberships, and other paid experiences. While we understand that these offerings are part of the resort’s business, being approached so often made certain moments feel less relaxing and comfortable. At a property of this caliber, we would have appreciated a more subtle, personalized approach that allows guests to fully enjoy their stay without feeling pressured to purchase extras.
