"The room was far too hot. There was a thick winter 13 tog duvet on our bed ( and it was June weather) my husband asked for a blanket and sheet so the cleaner took away duvet but only left a sheet no blanket, so we were then cold on our second night and had to put our light raincoats on ourselves to keep warm:( The bed was far too small with it being a small double. Suggest you get smaller bedsize cabinets thsn the chunky ones and invest in a wider king-size bed for comfort for guests!"

"If you are expecting perfection in everything, book the Ritz in London. If you want great staff, great food and a good honest road house this is highly recommended. The staff are all fantastic and accommodating and we will be back."

"Very nice dinner and breakfast. Room and everywhere else clean and tidy and as you would expect. Comfortable bed, slept great!
Staff all very friendly and cannot do enough to help. Definitely coming back"

"The Royal Oak Inn is situated in a lovely area. It was easy for us to park. On arrival which was somewhat late, there was no one to look after us. I got the attention of someone in the kitchen who alerted the manager. We were given our room key and on arrival in the room I noticed that there was quite a bit of hair in the sink and some in the bathtub as well. I mentioned it to the manager and when we returned to our room after dinner, which was delicious, the hair in the sink was gone. The...
