"Edith and Jose we're very helpful and knowledgeable about the area, over all staff was happy, kind. The Hotels ambience over all was an old school feeling but very cozy. Easy entrance to the RW (riverwalk) with all the stores and restaurant walking distance. No need to drive anywhere just enjoy your time around the riverwalk/downtown area! We'll be back forsure!"

"Friendly staff all the way around, always helped when needed as well as making my stay comfortable. Stayed there 4 days and never had an issue, breakfast was good as they have a great selection from fruit to hot meals that include biscuits with gravy, eggs, bacon, sausage and even switch up with a breakfast steak with salsa and veggies. "the breakfast doesn't have enough variety and the condiments didn't match what was being served. the only option for fresh fruit was only a banana need more variety. other than that, the room was clean the property was clean, and the staff was friendly. the disadvantage is that there is no elevator and only 1 set of stairs. "
