There is no traditional front desk or on-site reception, and guests are required to call ahead to notify staff of their arrival and arrange check-in. While this may work for some travelers, it was not clearly communicated and created unnecessary confusion. "We arrived around 3:00am, it was very cold to me out side knocking on the front door trying to get someone that working the front desk to open and let us in. They did finally.hear me knocking and answer the door. Once in the desk person was very friendly & helpful. This hotel was nice over night place to stay. We enjoyed it,"

"Overall, our stay was fine and the convenience of the location outweighed the negative aspects. The water in the shower never got truly hot. It just stayed warm. Also, the AC in the room did not seem to work at full power. Breakfast was fine, but the roasted potatoes became quite mushy under the metal cover. Again, these are minor things and the staff were very helpful, but we were not overly impressed with the room."

"Check-in and out was strange. I spoke to 2 different men thru a camera on a kiosk and followed the prompts to complete each task. I never saw a live staff member in the lobby. It looked like there was some remodeling happening since as I tried to bring my luggage upstairs I was blocked by a man painting the sidewalk. The room was OK, the drain in the shower was slow and the toilet seat was loose, but the bed was fine and the AC was cold."

"This is my favorite hotel in Tallahassee to stay at when visiting. I have stayed at this location many times and always get a great night sleep. The place is clean. The rooms are clean and the beds are super comfortable. I love the piano playing in the lobby and they always have tea and coffee available all day."
