Honest review
Cons:
when you arrive -there is no introduction at the front desk, they dont give you any information where everything is, what time dining and intertainment starts. Very incompetent.
Expect only 1 key per room. They dont care if you have 4 people in a room.
The highly advertised jacuzzi on the reef - out of three, only one worked.
If your room is on the 3rd or 4th floor - they expect you to take your own luggage up there, i had to find a guy who works there to help me, but non of this was suggested by staff. I saw many guests lifting up their own luggage up the stairs.
Do not shower from 5-6pm - there is no hot water.
Expect 45-60 minute wait time to make a resevation to their restaurants. You will stand in a long line. Only One person taking reservation for about 100 people. You cannot make reservation for the whole week. REDICULOUS!
If you made a reservation to seafood or mexican restaurant - be prepared to wait for your food to be ready in 45 min to 1 hour. There is only 1 cook, who makes food on one frying pan.
There is very little light outside so at night be careful walking, i had to literally look down as i walked. Pavement is very bad and uneven and if you are bringing a walker - be extra careful.
They dont have pool towels for everyone. Sometimes the wait for fresh towels was a a couple of hours. INSANE! We had to reuse same towels sometimes for two days.
