"We booked a long-term stay for December 2025 through January 2026 for our wedding, honeymoon, and winter break. On December 30, 2025, housekeeping entered our cottage and left the door open. Our dog escaped during this time. We were not notified for approximately two hours. The property owner did not contact us directly or provide an incident report. Our dog, Pax, has been missing since that date. As of writing this review, it has been 34 days. The property also had multiple maintenance issues...

"Well kept property in a faboulous location. Pristine waters and great beach. Food was generally very good at the buffet. Specialty restaurants good, except the Italian. Staff very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping kept our room very clean, however getting required towels seemed to be a challenge. On the opposite, beach towels were plenty and you could take more than one per person. One real negative was the docking of an huge oil tanker that blocked the view to the ocean. "The property is located in downtown Curacao within walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and entertainment. One of the amenities I wish the room would have is a microwave. Otherwise the room is pretty standard for an oceanfront and patio. It overlooks the ocean and shops across from the hotel. We can’t wait to return soon."
