Hotel dekat South and North Marine Parks

"Couldn’t fault anything, very welcoming, great room , comfy bed. Excellent breakfast and nothing was too much trouble. Great location on the high street, and lots of info on parking, warming out etc. will definitely stay again on a next visit to Tynemouth."

"Great location, with loads of parking in the area and really close to the station (handy to get to Newcastle) and the seaside. The staff was helpful when we had an issue with the check in, and was always responsive to our requests. The room was alright, even though the bed wasn't exactly comfy, and the timed fan in the bathroom wasn't ideal at night. The best thing overall was the cafe, in which we went for all the three days. Hats off! The staff was amazing, and they could accommodate our...

"Room was exceptionally clean with a very comfortable bed. One of the double glazed window units was blown and required replacing and the ensuite was a little tired and needed upgrading. Breakfast was very good, as was the evening meal. Staff needed chasing up not keeping up replacing side plates, and keeping coffee pots full. Staff were quick to apologise and bring out replacements. We will almost certainly visit again, despite getting a few things wrong the staff were extremely friendly and...

"Lovely apartment, key pick up will be after 4pm Monday to Thursday as the bar is closed beforehand. There is NO ALLOCATED PARKING PERMIT. Staff are lovely at the two businesses downstairs which offer 10% discount for anyone staying here. We lived the apartment so much, it's got a great vibe and had everything we required."

"Shower drain blocked and reported from day 1. And no one comes to get it fixed nor provide any solution. Staff are great and try to help. But if the office or owner of the apartment are not responding, then staff can’t do much. Location is beautiful ."

"Great stay at the Metropolitan. Lovely room which had everything you'd need. Breakfast was of an excellent quality."

"A very quirky clean boutique hotel with fantastic sea view. I would highly recommend it"

"First and foremost the property was clean, functional and offered value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful, although our experience of room service was let down by dirty cups being left. We found the hotel lacked character, everything about it was functional and not interesting. This extended to the breakfast, our experience of which was behind not eating supper there. This is not a criticism of the hotel, it is my view. Based on reviews I expected a little more than we got....

"We travel from Canada to visit family in the North East every year and have stayed here three times now. It has a great atmosphere and the food is very good. We’re already planning for 2027 and we will be back."

"Helpful staff. Good breakfast. Quiet room."

"The Hotel location is fanstantis as it is close to restaurants. The Hotel reception need upgrading, completely We found it selfish of the Hotel to outsource its parking to a 3rd party - as we choose FREE parking in the Expedia filter. Guests like paying for all amenties direct, rather than to a 3rd party. Overall, it was okay, as it was a 1 night stay."
