"Pur third visit in three years. Flemings is a superb hotel. Reception and concierge are consistently efficient, friendly and no request is too much...whether it be arranging a taxi, extra tea bags late at night. "Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. The front desk was very helpful, Ann at the switchboard, Maintenance et all. Clean room, and very comfortable beds. Lobby bar is also perfect, the bartender was very professional and made great cocktails. "
