When fixes are done, a customer can tell that they were done quickly and most likely by a staff who may not know what a customer probably notices."

The phone jack was broken so we had to use cell to call the desk. The whole place smelled like a damp basement and weed. Staff at check in and check out were rude, "busy" despite no other guests being present, didn’t even offer token courtesies. Beds were horribly uncomfortable, pillowcases were scratchy and starchy feeling, lights were confusing or didn’t work.
