"It was a very good place to stay especially given the price. The breakfast was WAY better than most hotels-- the eggs, etc, were actually made there. Real waffles, not frozen. I'm glad we discovered this place!"

"The front desk staff tried to be helpful but this was the worse experience my family has ever encountered with all our years of travelling. My family and I arrived at the hotel at about 10:45-11:00PM on the night of 6/12 only to be told at the front desk that the hotel was sold out and our room had been given out and there was no room for us. It felt like a prank except it wasn't. We spent the night calling one hotel after another and nothing was available up to an hour travelling distance...

"A cheap option near the freeway with an ok breakfast. Weird smell in the hallways (likely air freshener to cover up the smell of the weed that the guests there smoke.) There is no elevator and they tried to put us on the second floor before letting us know that. Towels were clean but stained. Needs some TLC and updates."

"The room was beyond nasty. It smelled horrible, because they were busy we failed to request a clean room. Big mistake. It was a torturous 2 days in a filthy room. One tiny bar of soap for 2 people. Bed lines didn’t look like they had been changed. Carpet was disgusting. Room was hot, from previous guests leaving the heat on. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my enemy . I would never stay in such a dive again, nor would I recommend it to others. If i could give it zero stars i would!!"

"We spent two nights and had a pleasant stay overall. Very clean, beds where comfortable and it was quiet at night. The staff went out their way to accommodate us with a crib and Rhea was helpful at the front desk. About a 10 min walk to Notre Dame. Would stay again."

"Had to wait till 6pm to check into a room with only 1 bed when I reserved a room with 2 beds. No smoke detector, no hot water, no soap, plugs didn’t work properly. Blinds barely closed. The room was “clean” as it seemed like it was just finished being half remodeled."

The parking was ample on the street during my stay. The rest of the house was beautiful but during this trip I was not really there to enjoy any of the lounge areas.
