"Wonderful place to stay half a block from boys town in West Hollywood. Quaint, well appointed, cozy rooms, always welcome us when we stay. The 2nd floor sitting area with patio, coffee, tea juices and bakery items In theam, and wine in the pm is so great. Mini rooftop a 24 hour retreat to sit and overlook the hills. Staff is always incredibly kind and helpful. It’s a small boutique place with warm relaxed service."

"The property was dark and gloomy carpet everywhere refrigerator in the room full of soft drinks and energy drinks. There was no place to put my own stuff. I understand that this is for the client use. Not for them to sell their products. No water was provided for free. Difficult to sleep because of street noise add noise from adjoining rooms. Lady at the front desk give me only half an hour for late check out usually late check out another hotels I have stayed is one hour. This was an emergency...

"The Sofitel Beverley Hills has incredibly beautiful common areas, however the actual rooms are not as nice. The bathrooms in particular need refurbishing. No teaspoons to make a cup of tea, only flimsy wooden sticks. The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms were very quiet. I noticed quiet a few people who thought they were more important than others in the common areas, but maybe that’s just Beverley Hills. I would probably avoid this hotel next time and find something better, but a...

"Everyone was so kind. This trip was booked last munite when my dad was in the hospital. Saul at the bar was great! The valets were excellent asking how my dad was doing and also when I came back one night and my rental car was making noises they figured out what it was and fixed it for me! They went above and beyond! Thank you!"

"Awesome staff. Classy looking hotel in an excellent neighborhood. Everyone from doorman, to registration and restaurant staff are nice. We always felt very welcome. Room is great and clean. Only slight problem is for the Cabana room, the pool music is quite loud and runs until late at night. Still I would recommend this hotel any day."
