"I believe they were understaffed. Person handling breakfast shift could not keep up. Ran out of dishes constantly and new plates/silverware put out were dirty. Staff at front desk left shift late at night and were already back mid morning the next day. It appeared they may be remodeling as I could smell paint and saw some painters. "Check in took 45 minutes; they blamed Expedia and charged me more for the realigning balance than what my receipt said. The Club House is nice and modern. You can tell the campers are beaten up: doors do not close, chipped wood on doors and cabinets. Dirty floor only swept not mopped. Broken rails on the deck."
