"In a pretty area, this is a motel with no views. Refrigerator worked half the time. Box of tissues contained 3 tissues. Staff did not replace used coffee pods or shampoo etc, no tidying up for second day."

"Unfortunately, the room I reserved was not available and I was placed in a substitute room that did not meet my needs. I was not informed about the substitute until I returned to the desk to check out. The staff apologized profusely. The GM assured me that I would not be charged. I wished it could have worked out because I was looking forward to the amenities."

"Typical older motel. It was clean and had what i needed to spend a night. For the price, it was a good stay. Very close to Gridwood so we went there to eat. "

"We enjoyed our stay. The cabin was very comfortable and clean. We didn’t have a car and the free shuttle doesn’t go out that far. So we had to use a taxi to go anywhere. "

"While everything is great, the room is a bit small and all amenities such as fridge, microwave are in the common lobby. Otherwise perfect location for travelers not wanting to stay in Anchorage for more than a night, right by the airport."
