The staff was absolutely wonderful—the team was incredibly warm, attentive, and eager to help with any request. "Our stay was excellent. The service was fantastic! The hotel location and amenities were perfect. We had a lovely view of the city and the metro. Although, we didn’t have enough time to use it, the rooftop swimming pool was very nice. Breakfast buffet had a huge variety of traditional and continental dishes! The dinner at the restaurant was delicious, but it took forever to get our food! Overall, it was our favorite hotel in Chennai, and we will definitely stay there again!"

"Checkin Was not easy, changing rooms and category. Ac was not working for first few hours, fridge was not working it changed and again same issue. Overall very bad experience."

"The only drawback is they do not have a room big enough to accommodate a family of 4 with older kids. They expect us to book 2 rooms which is a big drawback. Otherwise it’s an excellent place to stay with your family and the amenities are awesome. The breakfast menu is huge and excellent."
