"Booked for July 2026. House has 4 bedrooms but only 2 full size beds, other rooms are twin or bunk beds. House was musty smelling. Only has AC in 1 room with fans, it was very hot while there and house did fell Fair but did cool off at night. Location of house is perfectly located in middle of all Black Hills attractions, which was a great fit. And just outside city of Custer. House was not real clean when we arrived. Floors and carpet dirty with dead insects and cob webs in corners. Kitchen...

"The cabin has a great rustic feel, plenty of space for our group, and a peaceful, private location. We really enjoyed the authentic log cabin atmosphere. The downsides: No A/C or WiFi. While the listing doesn’t advertise A/C or Wi-Fi, it would be helpful if it clearly stated that neither is available. The upstairs loft also gets quite warm after hot summer days. The cabin could have been much cleaner—we found numerous cobwebs, spiders, dead and living moths, old kitchen towels and washcloths....
