"Checked in and checked out the same day. Worst hotel ever and will never book there again. Even the employees called it a ghetto hotel. The manager was never available and we had to go back the following day three times to make sure we received our refund. The room was awful and falling apart plus they had no necessities for an extended stay. The hallway also smelled terrible and we did not feel safe staying at this hotel."

"I had an amazing stay at the Homewood Suites in Yorktown. The check‑in was smooth, and the staff treated me with genuine kindness from start to finish. My suite was spotless, quiet, and surprisingly spacious, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The kitchen area was a huge plus, and the complimentary breakfast in the morning was delicious good. I also appreciated how peaceful the hotel felt, even when it was busy. It’s clear the team takes pride in keeping everything clean and running...

"They had smoking rooms and non-smoking rooms we went into the smoking first and it looked like they threw the box springs in mud and just put them back in the room. We went to the non-smoking room on one bed obvious dog hair all over I have pictures and the other bed had been used. If I didn't have to give any stars they would have got zero. Unless you are absolutely desperate no matter of fact sleep outside."

"The place has a bad infestation of roaches. I had the front desk move me twice and it got worse with each room. The last room had bugs so bad that we couldn’t turn the lights out to sleep. My boyfriend managed to fall asleep but I was up the whole night killing bugs on the ceiling over the bed , next to the bed and every where else in between. I have to work the next day and I’m dead tired. Waiting to speak to a manager in the am"
