"Staf was great! However rooms need updated. Could hardly get up in the bed as it was so high. Several holes in the walls Shower door tracts were very rusty. Room very small. But it did keep me cool in the ravaging heat."

"1 of the tvs didn’t work both remotes didn’t work moldy food under beds mold or something by sink broken switch broken plugs on table outlet disgustingly stained chair and bench. Wish I would’ve asked for my money back and just left honestly. Staff was great but room made me want to never come back. Honestly probably won’t."

"Wish the pool was a little warmer and the hot tub needed more water. It was less then half way full. Our room had a weird drywall patch area on the wall and it was dated. Not a bad experience, just needs some updates. Breakfast was decent as well"

"The room was mostly clean, except a dirty sink with hair and debris in it. Bed was clean and fresh. Windows were fogged, older property but ok. It was ok for the price."

"Local storm damage caused widespread power outages forced us to cancel our stay, but we were unable to do that, due to the power being out. Very frustrating experience. 😕"

"Air conditioning was terrible. The moment we entered into the room it was unbearable, temperature was 95F in the room. They did not even turned the AC on and asked us at the check in to turn it on. It took almost an hour for the temp to go down just one degree 94F."

"Hotel stay was wonderful. Only problem I would say I had was my door was a little rough to get in and out but other than that everybody was friendly pool was nice. Jacuzzi was nice. Breakfast was good. I don’t have a complaint."

"My overall stay was great.. I’m very picky about cleanliness, the bathroom tub should have been cleaner.. I always bring cleaning supplies to ensure my comfort of cleanliness, upon cleaning it was obvious that mopping and additional cleaning should have been done.. But from the naked eye it was clean. The staff was overall nice and friendly. I enjoyed the free happy hour, breakfast option and other amenities.. The hotel is aesthetically beautiful. I felt safe and that’s also very important."
