"There is no staff on location, so if anything goes wrong, you get a sorry via text. The main phone number is disconnected. You can't actually reply to the text that they send you the information from. Personally I'd give it a wide birth."

"There are no staff. This is a self-serve property. It works quite well. But the walls are incredibly thin. A person talked - not shouting or fighting, just talking - for 3 hours non-stop in the room next to us (finally stopping at 2am) and I could hear every word. The person in the room on our other side thought it was us (so could hear it 2 rooms away!) and was kicking the walls until I shouted that it was another room. Onsite staff would be useful in a case like that."

"We had a fantastic stay at Gemini Court Holiday Apartments. The apartment was spacious, and very comfortable, but the standout feature was the incredible ocean view. The balcony offered breathtaking panoramic views of the coastline all the way to Surfers Paradise. Waking up to the sunrise over the ocean and falling asleep to the sound of the waves made our stay truly special. The bathroom was spacious and clean with a washing machine and dryer. Very close to all shops, restaurants, entertainment. Parking was easy. Bed was very clean and very comfortable. We are really looking forward to staying here again."
