"My stay at room 825 was a mess. There was not any sink in the bathroom. The sink was near the entrance door. The handle to flush the toilet was on the left hand side. The water from the shower had any pressure; it was too light & the hot water took a very long time to drain. To be a Marriott hotel everything supposed to be good quality. Lots of renovation work need to be done, including the balcony. I will never recommend anyone to waste their time here."

"I liked that the kitchen cabinet was white. Sitting room is spacious. I could control AC unit. I didn’t like that I couldn’t meet a receptionist in person or a representative except through WhatsApp chat to lay my complaints. No one to talk to physically when there’s an issue like other regular hotels . I had to wait for a long time before my issue is fixed . It was terrible and frustrating."
