"I had booked for 2 adults and 3 teenage children but when we arrived we found that there were only beds for 4 of us so one of the kids had to sleep on the sofa in the living room. There had been some extra bedding left in a wardrobe but it looked like it had already been used. There was only 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel between 5 of us. I asked for more towels but none were brought to us. There was no plug for the bath. There were only 2 dinner plates and 2 side plates. Overall not a good...

" The Manager was not ready for us despite knowing our arrival time. He came armed with anything & everthing to break down the door. Once open there were womens fluffy slippers, clothing and a dirty unmade bed. The Manager offered no apology or explanation. In fact he never spoke in the whole 22 minutes we were watching this all unfold. We paid for better the better room, he offered us the cheap room which was already occupied.
