The property was very clean. After the office hrs of 4:00 you are pretty much on your own if you have any issues. They say there is security to help with your questions or problems but they are hard to find and the maintenance people don’t speak English. For our condo it was very nice and comfortable. Exceptionally clean with enough space to accommodate the 7 people we had without being crowded. The balconies have water view from every angle. There are 3 bedrooms and each had a door going out onto extremely large balcony. The only thing missing were potholders for cooking. But they had plenty of kitchen towels so that wasn’t a big deal. I would definitely book the same room if we come back to South Padre again. The kids loved the heated pool and has a walkway that’s easy to access beach with a code and has a shower to wash all the sand off you before coming back.
