"My a/c went out on the last night. I called twice to have them send an engineer to repair. No one came. It was 80 degrees so I had the overhead fan on overnight. When I checked out the next day, I complained to them about the hot humid room and lack of follow up about repairing it, but the front desk just said “sorry” and handed me my receipt. There was also a lot of noise from next door and room above: voices and running footsteps."

"The room could have definitely been cleaner. My kids’ feet turned black just from walking around barefoot, and there were spider webs and spiders all over the place. We also had a skunk hanging out right outside our door. We tried calling the front desk to have someone come take care of it, but all we got was an automated message, so there was no way to reach anyone. I wouldn’t recommend booking a garden view room. Ours was right next to the main road, so we heard traffic all night. The...

"The property appears old (outdated.) That said, it is well maintained with a helpful, cheerful staff."
