"It was mouldy all around the windows and in the shower room and the bed sheets were dirty they're covered with dirty all the quilt covers were dirty the mattress was all dirty yellow when they should have been white mattresses the cupboard door was hanging off and there was a hole in this ceiling "

"Room was a bit dirty (marks on the wall and an earing in the small bed), shower pressure need improving, could do with a small fridge in the room which it did say should be in the room but wasnt one in the room we stayed"

"Took nearly 30 minutes to arrive and let us in afrer 3 phone calls said be there in a few minutes, its just a good job the front door was open so at least we were.out of the cold, but that made us late for our show, plus we were told we had to pay by cash as he said the card machine wasnt working when it was lit up??? Room Was OK considering what we paid"

"In need of a lot of work to bring it up to an acceptable standard. Also the cleaning standard was poor, for example we found clumps of several hair on the shower tiles and ear cleaning cotton buds inside the toaster! They also use the same security code for all apartment doors in the property, we could have opened anyones door. Not recommended. "

"My room was next to the cleaners storage room. I arrived on a late flight at 2am. Due to this, I paid for later check out £20 for two hours), so I could rest after my late arrival. I was woken by noise in the corridor at 4.30am, with loud talking and banging. This continued for 30 minutes, then I left my room to see what was happening. In the corridor I became aware that it was staff talking on loading up their trollies for room cleaning. One lady stared at me with a bemused expression. I asked...

"An excellent place to stay as I needed somewhere with the comforts of home to use as an office for a few days working away. Everything was there that I needed to cook, eat, shower and sleep while it was just a short walk to the tram stop for transport up and down the coast. Also in a quiet part of town but close enough to get to the noisier parts if you wanted - just a 20 minute walk to Blackpool North station so ideally placed for me."

"We had to book another hotel as we couldn’t get into Dane’s court so I’m wanting my money back or I’m taking this further. I’ve got my bank involved and if it isn’t resolved we are taking it to the fraud department "
