"The staff were friendly and helped us out when we arrived late at night!! Our room was very clean and was a typical all star room. I loved this property!! You did have to walk more at Music than all star sports but once you figure out short cuts, it’s not at all bad."

"This place was pretty incredible. I had the pleasure of staying in the 1 bedroom king suite with full kitchen. It was super clean and comfortable with a screen in patio/balcony. Nice decor. The main pool had a shop/cafe with Starbucks and snacks, along with souvenirs and the bar and grill definitely served its purpose when lounging by the waterfall pool. They had live music and games pool side for everyone to enjoy. I would definitely stay here again. We went to Sea World which is literally less...

"The gent at reception Logan was lovely he really couldn’t do enough for us and the location was perfect for Disney Springs, the transport to all Disney Parks was also great, really easy to book and very reliable . Unfortunately the hotel itself was extremely run down and quite dirty on the landings leading towards the rooms. We even discussed with a Hilton representative that tried to sign my parents up to Hilton Honours and still nothing was done. The cleaners only changed our bedding once...
