"What didn't go wrong? There was an exposed wire on the landline. None of the USB charging ports in the living room worked. The shower water was only lukewarm. The TV in the bedroom was not connected to the internet; so I couldn't stream anything. Also, the remote in the bedroom did not work. Finally, there was a soapy film on top of the pool. I was very disappointed. I would not recommend this hotel."

"The first hotel I ever been to where you have to pay for parking on their own property. It was definitely the most talked about complaint from the the many guests I talked to over the 3 days. The nerve to charge 10 dollars a day for parking for an over priced 3 star hotel. SHAME ON HILTON!!!!"

"The carpet was old and dirty and did not look sanitary. The front office staff was cold and not energetic or friendly at all. Overall okay hotel but floors / carpets need to be changed to wood or laminate. Breakfast was fair and bed was nice and bathroom was really clean. Overall decent stay but floors need to be updated!"
