"Fantastic hotel and so convenient to be staying in the airport, but at no expense to the overall presentation. Rooms were clean and classy. The staff were very helpful explaining the transportation to London from the hotel."

"日本人の感覚からすると、ここはホテルではありません。 部屋は確かにホテルですが、チェックインや提供されるサービスは、全てWEBかアプリ前提なので、日本での民泊に近い感じです。 アプリを使いこなせば不具合はないのですが、短期間の滞在でアプリになれるのは難しいですし、フロントがないので、ちょっとした問い合わせも、スタッフに聞けないなど、少し不便でした。"
