"Breakfast had to wait for eggs replacement for over 15 mins. Guest had to keep asking for replacing items. Instead staff keeps eyes on the items. Second had to move other room due next door had Two dogs kept barking for hours."

"Great Location to restaurants, taverns with live music daily and access to a scenic walkway along the inner coastal waterway.
The reason we rate staff the highest 5 star rating is because they make you feel important and treated you as family.
The gentleman behind the front desk(Bill) remember our names, offered suggestions for family excursions along with several different dining options depending on what he thought we would enjoy.

"Beautiful hotel!!! The wonderful woman at desk upon arrival Friday night 5/8 upgraded us to a suite - gorgeous. Only complaints were service on rooftop very slow and front desk help rest of time was less than desirable. The two women working Saturday couldn’t be bothered. I was charged twice for stay and had to call to take care of after we left."
