"Room was fine for a 2 night stay ! Clean and to the Point ! Everyone was pleasant !"

"Disgusting. Beds had stains and dirty. Literally crumbs and hair in the beds- not to mention some large orange stains. Toilet base had sticky stain. No coffee pot or box springs. Walls were so thin- you may as well have been in the same room. Very questionable guests. I put extra security around my door. Awful. Kid at The front desk was polite"

"Cleanliness: The bathrooms were filthy, and the carpets are in very poor condition, with almost no pile left on the surface. There was also a very strong, unpleasant odor throughout the hotel. - Housekeeping: Housekeeping services were only provided every three days without any prior notice. - Dining: The breakfast selection was repetitive and never changed during my stay. - Service: Most of the front desk staff seemed careless and indifferent regarding the issues I raised."

"1st room I was assigned smelled like urine then i was assigned a different room that had mold on the bathroom walls and a flooded bathroom floor. I asked for a different room assignment and was told that they were suddenly sold out. when asked if I could be financially compensated they said no because i booked through hotels.com instead of directly from them. then i was offered a 2nd night at half off only if i paid upfront. also promised that maintence would come and fix the issues when I arrived back at the room the 2nd night nothing had been done and no one was willing to help. terrible experience. I asked for a refund and was told no."

"Very nice staff, fairly quiet hotel. I mentioned to the front desk that there were ants all over the counter where the coffee maker was and that the shower and sink took 5 minutes to turn hot. She was receptive; I’m hoping she will report those issues and that they will be resolved."

"I loved the place! Stayed 2 nights with my 4 toddlers which can chaotic and every staff member treated us all kindle and respectful! Breakfast was great for 12.99 buffet!"

"Called for shuttle at airport. Front desk said they would at #7. 30 min later I called front desk back then they said shuttle was closed. I told her I called 30 min ago. Then she told me to go to #3 Then we check in and our tv does not work. I go to call the front desk and the phone is not connected to anything. No wires?! Took the phone to front desk. She said there was no one there to help with tv at 1015. We moved rooms. Couch was plastic. So gross. Next morning I came down to get coffee and it was empty at 8 am. Asked another front desk lady and she had me go look for someone in the kitchen. No one there. I just gave up."
