"Modern hotel, good location. Room itself was good, however the location was poor (room 229). No sun at any time of day on the balcony. Right above the children’s play area at the restaurant so v noisy from early morning. Also next to the entertainment area, but back of stage so couldn’t actually see, but could hear! Entertainment stops at 10pm so not too bad. We didn’t move rooms as had already unpacked. We did pre-request a quiet location with a view - we got neither. This hotel is great if...

"Most people didn’t seem to have AI and so certain items not an available and pool bar / resturant menu fairly restrictive. Plenty activities and animation team activities. Tennis courts no longer exist which was a shame - 1squash court available. Pool areas wonderful loads of beds but busy. Nice thick cushions. All staff in all areas were very helpful and friendly. "

"Overall good stay - available parking even though very tight spots, great location really close to the strip and restaurants, big gym, spacious rooms and amenities. The bedding could've been cleaner and it seemed ridiculous to pay for beach towels and to play pool or table tennis, but overall good $$ for value."

"The bathroom was unclean including mildew in the shower and a broken/leaking shower head. At least 8 power cuts in a hour period in that building suggests electrical failings and poor safely standards. Despite “No Smoking” signs in the room, no smoke detectors were apparent. The bedrooms were above the open kitchen meaning excess noise and poor sleep. Given such protential fire hazards, no fire escapes / exits were noticeable. "2nd time that we’ve stayed at the Salome- great room and balcony and lovely adult only pool area. The Salome gives you access to exclusive restaurants- the waiter service breakfast is excellent.You can also use the Anthelia buffet restaurant- However, I was asked to leave as I wasn’t wearing long trousers (I had opted for Tailored Shorts with a belt and a fitted shirt) whilst I understand rules are rules, at no point were we advised of this condition ( the restaurant reception staff had let me...

"The property was good, and the staff could not be more welcoming. I feel i made a mistake booking this hotel however, as the area is quite noisy. I also found the bloke who does the water aerobics unnecessarily loud. With maybe a hundred people relaxing around the pool, the noise he and his music makes for 4 or 5 participants was disproportionate and really spoiled my otherwise peaceful reading/relaxation time. Good hotel, but I won’t visit again."

Good: Friendly and efficient staff, excellent location of the hotel, great dinner, free parking (at least in the low season) Bad: Pools are cold (not heated at all?); mediocre breakfast; noisy evening entertainment. Tip: If you are having a room on the pool side, ask for a higher floor, there are much better views of the ocean"

"Air conditioning in our family appartment 157 wasnt very cool at all ,we did report it numerous times was told keep windows doors closed which we did and already knew to do anyway . They fix it so for 7 night's it was abit uncomfortable . Staff were very nice 👌 hotel spotless . Hopefully hotel fixes air conditioning in this appartment as would hate for another family to suffer like we did in the warmth . We had to buy fans to sit by our bedside "

"Lovely clean hotel with friendly staff. Asked for an iron board and kettle and was brought to room straight away. So much choice for Breakfast and the freshly squeezed orange juice was amazing"
