"Amanda at the front desk was very helpful and sweet. She made our stay more comfortable. We were only here for 3 days and only took taxi from the lobby to save time but metro and tram is near by and makes it very convenient if you have enough time to explore. "Wonderful hotel, would definitely stay here again. One idea though, I'm surprised management hasn't put a small ramp on side of steps to roll bags down to check-in from front door entrance. I watched doorman drop bags and watched guests struggle. How can the hotel owners not put a little side ramp against the wall?? Beds very comfortable, rooms beautiful and only a 25 min walk to Duomo. Plenty of shops and cafes around the area. Safe area for families and guests. "

The rooms were surprisingly spacious for Europe, and we found them to be very comfortable. Breakfast was quite decent, especially considering the price.
